ACMOS 65/50 Grinding Coolant [Weinig 00.317.430] - ACMOS 65-50 is a Water soluble cooling lubricant for virtually all grinding work ACMOSIT 65-50 contains fully synthetic active agents and anticorrosives. Guaranteed free from mineral oil and organic chlorine compounds. Besides, ACMOSIT 65-50 does not contain secondary amines. ACMOSIT 65-50 contains a special inhibitor to prevent nitrosamine formation. Consequently it is not absolutely essential to change the working solution, if the limit value for nitrite is exceeded. Highly soluble in water, forming a highly transparent grinding liquid. Highly effective not only with standard steels. Provides particularly good protection against corrosion. Exceptional stability. No odour formation, no decomposition and very long periods of use. No sticking or gumming up of guides, clamping tools or measuring equipment. Residues of ACMOSIT 65-50 can easily be washed off with water.
