FMD6 measures the moisture content with a probe which is placed in or onto the material to be measured. The FMD6 has a memory for measuring reports. Each report includes the data of the measured material as well as a statistical survey and a reliability interval. Stored values can be printed or processed with a personal computer using the FMD-Print program.

Minimum and maximum moisture content can be set for quick selection
Unique features are the calibration lines of many wood species and building materials that are programmed in the FMD6, as well as the many calibration lines which can be programmed by the user.

The FMD6 is the ideal instrument for the professional who wants to measure, store and register moisture measurements of various wood species, construction materials and paper, for the benefit of quality control.

The FMD6 measures the moisture content with an electrode that is placed in or on the material to be measured.

The FMD6 immediately corrects the measured moisture content to "real percentages" based on the set material and the set temperature.

A unique feature is the calibration lines of the many types of wood that are programmed in the FMD, as well as the 10 calibration lines that can be programmed by the user.

The FMD6 has a memory function for 75 measuring reports with a total of 2,000 measuring values. Every report contains both the measured material data and a statistical overview including confidence interval. The stored measuring values can be printed out or processed further with the FMD-Print and FMD-PC program in a personal computer.

The FMD6 naturally has a connection for a temperature sensor for automatic temperature correction for moisture measurements of wood and paper.
