The Casadei E550 CRF is a high-performance automatic edge bander designed for precision edge applications up to 50mm high and 3mm thick from coils or 5mm solid wood lippings. It operates at a feed speed of 9 m/min and includes several standard and optional features to enhance production quality and operator usability.

Key Features
Standard 7" Touch Screen Interface: The intuitive touchscreen allows for easy navigation, displays real-time graphical representations of the panel, and enables quick switching between functions.

Panel Feeding and Pre-milling:

Chain Panel Feeding ensures smooth and stable panel movement.
Pre-milling with Diamond tools prepares panel edges for flawless glue application, removing irregularities from poor cuts or worn blades. The milling unit is equipped with a blower to clean the panel before gluing.
Corner Rounding Unit: Capable of handling panels up to 45mm high and edges up to 3mm thick, this unit is designed to create smooth, rounded corners on both straight and shaped panels.

Automatic Cut-off Saw: This feature ensures precise trimming of panel edges at the front and rear, enhancing finish quality.

Flush Trim and Finishing Options: Includes standard flush trimming and the capacity to add optional finishing units based on production needs.

Three Additional Finishing Unit Slots: These allow for flexible customization to meet specific production requirements.
