The "AIRKOMP" model machine is a self-adjustable electromechanical press for the clamping of the wooden boards which make up rectangular furniture units, keeping the unit aligned.
It is fitted with manual loading and discharge of the furniture unit, plus a clamping system which clamps the furniture unit in two perpendicular directions (X and Y).
So the pressing of the furniture's it is done by approximating the two pressing planes (vertical platform and mobile frame) to the furniture, being the operator who activates the handling and pressing from the control panel.
MACHINE OPERATING CYCLE
To that end and in order to provide a practical and effective means to carry out such operations, it has developed electro-pneumatic press with manual loading and unloading, THE AIRKOMP model.
The AIRKOMP press essentially consists of a determinant structure of a rectangular steel frame incorporating a platform, composed of six structural tubes, displaceable vertically to press the furniture's against the bottom plane and a scrollable vertical column in longitudinal direction, consisting of five structural profile tubes crosslinked with the platform in order to imprison the movable support against vertical pressing frame. This system allows rapid assembly of furniture without previous adjustments.
PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCT
1) Leaving the furniture on a horizontal plane against the flat support and side support, then the operator manually displaces the clamping lateral column and fix the position near the cabinet by operating the locking switch .2) From the control panel, pushing the two hand control and moving the joystick to the right, the operator performs the lateral pressing of the cabinet. Then the lever tighten the vertical descent of the platform is activated until it contacts the cabinet.3) After pressing the estimated time, driving in reverse the joystick, the operator pushes back the mobile column and vertical clamping platform to release the cabinet and be able to extract it manually from inside the press. "

Adjust of clamping planesThe closure of pressing surfaces is performed manually using levers on the control panel. The movable column can manually move along the machine by presetting. The opening of the vertical clamping platform to introduce a larger cabinet, is done easily by the lever on control panel.
Fixed control panel on the frame equipped with levers that can control the pressing movements . Two pressure regulators and their respective gauges are responsible for controlling the pressing force.
