The new compact DT1000 is a small down draft dust extraction table which is an excellent method of capturing airborne dust created when hand sanding. The air flow is downwards so the dust is naturally drawn towards the table surface which has a series of rubber grommets all over the surface to protect delicate material surfaces.

The DT1000 has a class leading 750w motor driving a 250mm diameter impeller creating an air movement of 4000 m?/hr. The air flow is drawn through the table surface and a rear upstand inlet along the whole width of the table. The rubber grommets protect the work as well as providing an air circulation gap under the work. Hinging side upstands can dropped down to allow longer workpieces to be sanded. There are two pleated filters that filter the dust in front of the impeller, thus clean air is returned into the workshop, and the dust is collected a dust tray in the bottom of the cabinet.

Perfect for hand sanding or helping when machine sanding all types of timber. Easy to maintain Solidly built, these machines provides a cleaner, healthier working environment and will be a boon in a trade workshop. These are designed for wood dust only.
