The iTECH 1325 Fibre Laser cutter is designed to cut both metal: including Aluminium and Steel and non-metal sheet materials.

It uses a high-powered 220watt laser beam to cut through materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, acrylic, wood, and more. The laser gantry is built to aviation spec aluminium, guaranteeing a high level of repeatability at high speeds.

The LC1325M is a versatile and efficient laser cutter that offers high precision and accuracy in cutting, with a cutting speed of up to 24m/min. It has a large cutting area of 1300mm x 2500mm, making it suitable for cutting sheets of material.

In addition to cutting, the LC1325M laser cutter also offers engraving and marking capabilities, allowing for intricate designs and details to be added to materials.

Comparing the IPG laser source or Raycus laser source +Yongli 150W laser tube.

IPG is available to cut all metal materials including aluminum, brass, gold and silver. If the material are carbon steel and stainless steel only, may use Raycus which is more economical and cost-effective, and the maintenance cost is also relatively low. Raycus can also be used for aluminum cutting if the quantities are not large.

This LF1325LC can cut metal and non-metal materials, including optical fiber laser and co2 laser tube, two cutting heads, but two laser heads cannot work at the same time

Commonly used nonmetals: MDF, plywood, acrylic, leather, paper, cloth (edges will be black).

Manufactured with aerospace standards and formed by 4300 tons Press extrusion molding. After aging treatment, its hardness can reach 6061 T6, which is the strongest hardness of all beams. Aviation aluminum has many advantages, such as good toughness, light weight, stronger corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation, low density to increase the moving speed of laser head. 2. The steel gantry is around 280kg in weight, Cast aluminum is around 180kg in weight, however, aviation aluminum gantry is only 138kg to increase the higher cutting speed.

Water Cooling System
Dual cooling function:
Hot water for laser head and cool water for laser source to keep them around a certain temperature and guarantee their normally work.
