Straightline or Curved Edgebanding - The AR50S portable edgebanders by Co-Matic are perfect for all types and shapes of edgebanding. The AR50S Portable Edgebander has the features of a full blown edgebanding machine: hot melt glue, Variable speed feed, Digital temperature control with the convenience of a handheld tool, all backed by high quality Co-Matic brand.

Works with PVC, melamine, laminate, wood and metal edgebanding tape from 0.3mm to 3mm thickness and 10mm upto 65mm wide. The AR50s can work on tilted edges from 75 degrees-90 degrees, making beveled surfaces as simple as regular ones.

Quick to Start The AR50S takes around 8 minutes to warm up from a cold start, and no warm-up time if the gluepot is refilled when at half capacity or more during operation.

For stationary operation, the AR50s can also be used as a stationary edgebander with the optional ST95A Worktable.

Other edgebanders may require cooldown times - not ours.
Our machines are strenuously tested during QA. These machines are specially built for us by CoMatic in Taiwan - Don't confuse these units with cheap Chinese ones. All units are TUV, CE, CSA, and UL certified.

If you are in a rush for a machine, give us a call during normal office hours so we can see what is possible for your chosen machine and location.
