The new iTECH MC series Multi Rip Saw is the ideal multi-blade rip saw for operators with high standards in quality and a focus on simple applications. The new multi-blade rip saw has a robust design and is easy to operate. With a cutting height of up to 50 mm and high feed speed, the machine is suited to a wide range of tasks. The Multi Rip Saw system has a quick clamping system which enables rapid retooling and therefore takes care of retooling in no time.

The machine has 4 power driven rollers and 3 idle rollers and the spindle carries blades of 200-250 mm. It has a solid and compact construction. Easily installed into existing production lines. Choice of Ten Feed Speeds. Speed changes at the turn of a switch to suit type of work and material, giving optimum finish and increased production. Anti-kickback Gate Fitted top, minimises risk of sliver ejection for increased safety with anti-kickback finger barriers and guarantees operator safety.

There are a number of advantages to the MC Series Multi Rip Saw's. They can cut MDF panels across their width 3 times consecutively. The 3-piece automatic pushing cylinder system and the rubber rollers between the circular sawblades ensures that MDF panels do not shake whilst being cut. There is a speed setting which can be adjusted dependent on the thickness of the MDF. Additionally, the machine has a 350x3000mm return conveyor so that MDF Panels can be carried with ease. There are also safety sensors and switches built into the machine.

- MDF Multicut is variable, you give us your minimum dimension you want to slide ( min 30 mm ) for example; 40-42 mm and we produce rings depending on this sizes and you assemble cirricular saw / ring / cirrucular saw / ring to fill 930 or 1100 mm. There are no range you only need to give us your dimensions.
