KR UVKH 24m UV Drying Tunnel

KR UVKH 24 UV Drying Line is a quality and speed oriented new generation UV Drying System. It quickens the user's work with its 24 meters length and with its inverter ballast technology, it economizes energy consumption. Considering these features KR UVKH 24 becomes an inseperable part of furniture painting.

Features included as standard:

Sliding Input Conveyor: Is a standard equipment of KR UVKH 24. This conveyor serves as a bridge between Spraying Machine and Flashoff tunnel.

Flashoff Tunnel: As a standard feature in the KR UVKH 24 UV Dryer System; 16 meters of flashoff tunnel is the place where the solvent on the product is taken out and paint spreaded on the surface. Its length can be extended optionally. It enables to do flashoff with a speed of 2.5 m/min. Air conditioning plant upon the tunnel which can produce 60.000 Kcal heat energy blows 30C-35C hot air inside the tunnel continuously. There is also an exhaust system which removes the dirty air inside the tunnel.

TL Lamp Tunnel: There are 24 pieces "TL 3" and 24 pieces "TL 10" total 48 pieces TL Lamps inside this tunnel which must be among the paint drying oven features. These lamps prepares the paint to UV Lamps by acvang the photo iniators.

UV Lamp Tunnel: There are 2 Hg and 1 Ga total 3 UV Lamps in this tunnel. The system uses an electronic transformer controlled by PLC capable to continuously adjust the power of these UV drying lamps from %5 to %100. This new generation system offers energy saving and high quality to user.

Options to consider:

Air Condtioning Plant with Electric Resistance:
This feature is offered as an extra in the UV Dryer System designed for small and medium sized businesses that do not have hot water supply.

Extra 4 Meters Flashoff Tunnel:
It is an option that increases the production speed and quality for the paint dryer machine, we offer for our customers with suitable production area.


Output Conveyor:
The output conveyor designed for the output of the KR UVKH 24 Drying Line allows the user to easily take the product from the line. It can be produced as 2, 3 or 4 meters upon request.


Record DATA with IoT:
In this system, all kind of data about working and defects on machine is recorded momentarily on the all KAMA machines so that it helps to its user using the gained informations. So you can see momentarily the working status of your machine and get information about the defects experienced. You can check who worked how long and production volume during operation and past reports with details. You can get specific reports when you filter the parameters on data given. Furthermore by setting up the different type of alarms you can perform your work status without problem.

Remote support:
With the Vsight Remote applicaon, which we offer our remote technical service much more quickly and praccally, we greatly prevent the downme that may occur during the use of our machines. Your machine operator can instantly connect to the technical service officer at the KAMA headquarters with a smartphone, tablet or smart glasses. In this way, the necessary intervention can be made within seconds with voice and video call problem malfunctions, marking and voice commands on live video.
