All purpose 23 spindle borer for drilling in flat panels and suitable for flat pack furniture, office furniture, kitchens, shopfitters and a host of other applications where a simple but accurate and quick means of drilling is required.
Fitted with quick release drill system for fastening of the drills directly on spindles
Fast drill assembly: this device reduces by 90% the stroke of the boring head with regard to the different length of the drills; and consequently speed up the working cycle
Working table made in cast iron and antiscratch MDF for delicate materials
Patented Spiral setting System, device for programming and boring depth adjustment
Pneumatic head-rotation from 0 degrees to 90 degrees with lock and stop reference in any position
Adjustable fences on the table with digital counter for decimal shifting adjustment
Digital counter for setting adjustment of drill height from the table
Rear fence max stroke 300 mm for automatic match of two wooden panels both in horizontal and vertical position
Fixed stops for hinges at 37 mm
Device to automatically change the vertical and horizontal boring depth (7 mm)
Particularly suited to save time and free up a CNC machine of horizontal-end-drilling operations

Order before 3 pm: we aim to despatch stock items under 30kg the same day, on a next-day delivery service Monday - Friday.

Please allow an extra working day or two for delivery if you are in Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland.

Specialist machinery movers with HIab crane off loading and position machines in your workshop or factory. Some of these options take a few days to organise and have availability.. If you are in a rush for a machine, give us a call during normal office hours so we can see what is possible for your chosen machine and location.
