Application Kluber Centoplex GLP 500 CENTOPLEX GLP 500 was specially designed for friction points subject to high loads, e.g. rolling bearings, plain bearings, guides, threaded spindles and other highly stressed machine elements. This universal lubricating grease is used for the lubrication of highly loaded, oil-tight spur and bevel gears (e.g. gear motors, small gears), worm gears with steel/steel material combinations and denture clutches. CENTOPLEX GLP 500 is also suitable for the lubrication of linear guides, e.g. in machine tools, as well as in assembly and conveyor systems equipped with central lubrication installations, like in Heidelberg printing presses. Description CENTOPLEX GLP 500 is a fluid multipurpose grease for the long-term lubrication at normal temperatures and high loads. Klueber ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 52 and ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 152 are rolling and plain bearing greases based on a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and a barium complex soap. The special barium-soap thickener used in the ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 52 and 152 greases offers good load-carrying capacity as well as resistance to water and ambient media unlike other soap-based thickeners. Both products show good protection against corrosion as well as oxidation and ageing stability. Klübersynth GH 6 clearly exceeds CLP requirements according to DIN 51517-3. Corresponding gears can be switched to Klübersynth GH 6 without prior consultation with the gear manufacturer provided the general application notes are observed. Klübersynth GH 6 offers high scuffing load capacity of API GL-5 if ISO VG 220 or higher is selected. It includes KlüberComp Lube Technology*, i.e. it is based on especially high-grade raw materials and advanced additives, enabling maximum performance in the lubrication of all gear components. Klübersynth GH 6 clearly exceeds CLP requirements according to DIN 51517-3. Corresponding gears can be switched to Klübersynth GH 6 without prior consultation with the gear manufacturer provided the general application notes are observed. Klübersynth GH 6 offers high scuffing load capacity of API GL-5 if ISO VG 220 or higher is selected.
