Martin T27 FleX Tilting Spindle Moulder - Setting up a tilting spindle moulder and getting the most out of it can be a challenge. Not with the Martin T27 FleX with its modern touchscreen control. you can slash set up times with a T27 Spindle Moulder: thanks to the latest touch screen control and library you can setup complex moulding patterns with a tilted spindle in an instant.

The machine as a large tilting range of 46 degrees backwards and forwards and recall set ups in the easy to use menu. In addition the machine can be customised to your individual needs and requirements: you can upgrade the T27 to control up to 6 axis. Every additional axis is fully integrated in the operating system and is controlled on the screen and networked with the other axis, making it a true performer.

The proven MARTIN quick-change tool system is used on the standard T27 series, it can be upgraded for two types of HSK system to work with either HSK85 "PowerLock" if you have a Weing moulder, or HSK63F system if you are sharing tools with a CNC router. Up to 1000 tools and 1000 programs can be stored in the controller.

The wide range of options includes: automatic position of the powerfeed, extension tables, automatic table opening and much more. This machine is designed for the demanding craftsman who wants the best quality and performance whether working with wood, plastics or composite materials.
