3 - Suspended Transport Systems: Suspended transport are made with steel monorail load-bearing modular structure to be configured to individual applications.

The Mini Silver dry painting booth is suitable for suctioning and demolishing the pigments and fumes emitted from paint spray made with synthetic solvents, organic water. The removal of the pigments and fumes occurs with a suctioning wall of cardboard inertial and a second filtration with Paint Stop filters drawers. This small cabin is mainly used for painting small objects and for laboratory paint tests. The Superfici Robot Maestro is inspired by the craftsman's arm movements and transformed into a six-axes anthropomorphic robot with the possibility of extension to eleven. A new quality and efficient automatic spray finishing method for painting windows frames and doors working in conjunction with overhead transport system Advantages: FLEXIBILITY: It's particularly indicated for big panels, especially for windows frames, but can be also applied to stacks and cabinet door finishing. ACCURACY: The robot is equipped with a gun holder tool (7th axis) and supplied with a brushless motor that allows it to spray all parts of the product. Ability to manage the spray angle from 0 degrees to 90 degrees through software. CLEANING: Exhaust recovery system and brush nozzles cleaning can be set by the software.
