Structuring or texturing of wood can be performed by our range of Sarmax machines, who are market leaders and worldwide specialists. This involves the removing of the softer wood grain producing a uneven surface that looks and feels more natural. Structuring is performed with brushes normally steel wire , brass oy nylon tynex depending on wood and type of component, whether its flooring, cladding, beams or panels.. New advances in the process is the scarving of the wood giving a more rough sawn look or even indenting for the woodwork effect. The results from these machines are effective and really give wood an antique or 3D texture which can be applied to 1 2, 3 or even all 4 sides for antiquing wood beams. Texturing can also be performed now on veneered panels up tp 1300 mm wide.

This is just one of the most popular configuration sanding machine for window components, cutting the surface fibres to give you a better painted finish, faster. With 8 working units (two left vertical brushes, two right vertical brushes, one sanding disc top, one sanding disc lower, one finishing brush top and 1 finishing brush lower. The FIBERTECH-S finishing line has been designed for sanding individual pieces: beads, window frames or doors, square structures of all types; unfinished products, veneered or painted items. FIBERTECH-S thanks to the innovative and patented system of cross-cutting via rotary discs of the product fibres, ensures a perfect cut of the same, a result impossible to obtain with traditional systems. This system prevents lifting after the application of waterbased primers or other wood preservatives, almost always avoiding the intermediate sanding normally required with traditional sanding systems, thus resulting in significant time-saving and above all preventing the removal of an important part of the previously applied finish. In practice this means important labour saving of many manual processes, greater safety at work and above all longer life of the product with no, or at least insignificant, removal of the previously applied protective materials. The Unika is a modular machine for Antiquing Rusticating wooden elements with regular profile such as: beams, planks and matchboard. Of rational and sturdy design to withstand the strong stresses of the heavy structural parts of wood assemblies. The main features of each antiquing, rusticating machine are: Heavy structure in well-sized electrically welded steel consisting of extra-strong tubular structural sections Casing screwed to structure with doors (front and rear) for accessing the inside of the machine Triple-layer rubber belt with honeycomb pattern for better grip. Belt motorisation controlled by gearmotor unit for work speed adjustment Modular brushing heads so as to be able to adapt the machine to different operating and surface-finish needs. 2, 3, 4 or more rusticating heads. Each head is an independent part and has its own brush movement and rotation parts. Possibility of disengaging the heads or the head not needed for the specific job, by means of a fast power control Possibility of fitting brushes of different kinds and grain depending on the wood being worked and the required surface finish Brushes supported both at front and rear.
