Wall Saws - Vertical Panel Saws

Vertical Panel Saws also known as Wall Saws are designed for sizing panels in all but the most high production environments. They have the distinct advantages of:
* Saving space: A wallsaw has a smaller footprint for the panel size
* Labour Saving: Once the panel is loaded only one operatoris required.
* Safety: The blade is always covered making it a good choice for less skilled operators
In a low to medium volume production environment operators can break down the large panels on a vertical panel saw, with only very small pieces or angle work carried out on a small table or dimension saw
In high volume production environment a wall saw is an ideal complement to a beamsaw to cut the smaller batches of work. They are available in different sizes and with or without scoring. They suitable for cutting practically all sheet materials, such as wood-based panels, plaster board, plastics, Alucobond or aluminium panels.
