BB Swiss Professional Timber Frame Tools are now in the UK
At last a price-competitive alternative to Mafell mortising and slotting machines for oak beams, laminated beams and CLT panels in the UK. Scott+Sargeant Woodworking Machinery are proud to have been appointed as the UK distributors for the Bruehwiler range of timber framing and carpentry machines.

Bruhwiler have been manufacturing carpentry machines and gauges for professional timber construction for over 20 years in Switzerland. They are used and greatly appreciated by carpenters and joiners for timber frame construction and despite being Swiss are better priced than Mafell equivalent machines. They have been designed in close cooperation with users which has made a significant contribution to the development of the machines and marking gauges. Bruehwiler only use the best materials for our products and rely on a modern and quality-conscious processing method. The hard-chromed guide shafts, the SKF ball bearings and the Suhner industrial motors are just some of the features that characterise our machines. Due to the modern and precise manufacture of our machines, they meet the highest quality requirements. Bruhwiler machines are used all over the world, even in North America and Canada under the brand name "Swiss Pro".
There are currently a range of mortisers and jigs for framing - there will be a new bandsaw arriving later this year.
