Top Head Configuration. The upper section of the machine features twin 4.5 kW vertical milling motors, adept at milling and profiling the upper part of the door. It also includes two horizontal motors, 4.5 kW and 1.5 kW, designed for crafting the door lock hole and side step. Adjustable positioning of the machine's bars accommodates various door widths, and four vacuum cups per bar ensure the door is securely held during operations. Additionally, integrated loading belts facilitate automatic loading and unloading of doors.

Precision Measurement Systems
Equipped with an upper and a lateral measuring probe, the upper head of the machine precisely gauges the door dimensions, allowing for exact adjustments in the machining depth.
