The Panhans V91/10 is a premium quality German built new generation of panel saw, designed with a +/- 45.5 deg tilting blade system giving the operator an advanced level of control when cutting compound mitres and angled cuts.

Operation is via 5.7" touchscreen on the machine body, a Heads-up 7" touchscreen is available as an option allowing comfortable operation and greater visability.

A motorised scoring unit can be fitted and is adjusetd via the touchscreen and memory function, when the unit is switched on it automatically moves to the set position and returns to a park position under the table when turned off, this allows larger blades than 350mm Dia can be fitted without removing the scoring blade.

The complete saw shaft unit is dynamically balanced, rotating on double guides for height adjustment.
The double sliding table is extra stable smooth running and maintenance free, precise and backlash-free running over the full length.

The solid but still light cross carriage made of steel profiles with one support roller on the outer side with sliding section for improved support.

Crosscut fence profile with mm scale and magnifying glass, telescopic extension upto 3200mm, 2 robust back-lass frees flip stops

Rip fence with 1250mm capacity to the right of the saw blade with fine adjustment, easy to adjust and fix manually, position indication via Digit-PAB, digital wireless absolute measuring system with swivelling display unit, 0.1mm adjustable with stored switch-over dimension between fence rail Vert/Horiz

Postioning control for height and rip fence adjustment optional axis: rip fence, scoring saw with side and height adjustment incl. scoring position on the right, calibration device, program memory for 25 programs, tool management for 9 different saw blades.

The APA saw blade quick clamping system for faster change-over of blades.

Automatic length calculation from saw blade to the rip fence; in the case of a manually adjustable fence a graphic representation appears on the display, the length compensation is automatically genrated after entering the values for cutting width and angle into the control; in the case of the motorised rip fence the length is calculated automatically.

Infinately variable speed regulation from 1000-6000rpm with an automatic speed limiter for saw blades over 400mm Dia.
