The new Panhans 436|100 thicknesser is solid German planing machine for accurate thickness planing of wood or plastics with absolute or incremental setting with its 4,3" touch screen. It will thickness up to 630 mm wide-hand from 3 to 300 mm thickness. It has a compact and ergonomic footprint.

The thickness bed is planed in our production plant for complete quality assurance. PANHANS solid steel knife shaft ? 125 mm with 4 pieces of Tersa reversible knives as standard and spiral option with pendulum-mounted feed rollers for perfect feed control. It has a segmented rubber infeed and outfeed rollers with a 90 mm ? granting for a soft and secure traction of the workpiece [optional sectional steel feed roller] and a sectioned pressure beam. There is also an electric vertical setting of the thickness table, firmly placed on 4 trapezoidal spindles and a finely planed thickness table with two feed speeds: 7 + 14 m/min Automatic star-delta start. Other features are a Mechanical motor brake, Extraction Outlet ? 160 mm, usable on the left or on the right, CE approved, GS approved.
