Salvamac's Automatic Optimising Crosscut Saw is an innovative and high volume Push Feed Saw with full optimization. Now supplied with a 2 year warranty!

With an innovative pusher feeding system with complete
optimization to eliminate defects for wood, controlled directly by easy-to-use SALVA-OPTIM software on a 12" touch screen. The screen includes a USB connection and is ready to use with Tele-service Software via the Internet.

The defect reading system is composed by a laser photocell that recognizes the presence of the board and a luminescence reader for the fluorescent marks. The smart pressing hood system is positioned so that you do not need to manually adjust when changing the thickness.

The SalvaPush_2000 structure is made of hard steel to guarantee reliability and long life. The 25 degrees inclined plane to helps the loading and keep the work piece squared without increasing the working height.

Pusher Speeds up to 60 mt/min keep it inline with current safety regulations: maximum speed of carriage movement adjustable up to max. 60 m/min. in function of the cutting section. Possibility to have optional faster version.

It has a special transmission system with a 50mm wide toothed belt. 33 strips of hard steel inside allows for high precision and performance. The system slides on double hardened and rectified guides. This prevents dust ingress and service problems, and ensures the machine has a long life and is reliable.

An electronic, brushless, Servo Driver motor connected via EtherCat connection powers the machine and guarantees maximum precision and reduces power problems.

CUTTING GROUP
Structure in hard steel: high thickness and really strong.
The Cutting group is inclined at 25 degrees as is the feeding area.
Power motor blade HP=7,5 (5,5 kW).
The cutting time is adjustable from 0,1 to 1 sec. directly by the computer.

SMART pressure beam that is adapts after the first cut to the thickness of the boards.

Operational Management System: S-OPTIM
The electronic management system consists of a numerical control and integrated computer of the latest generation to encourage the speed of communication up to less than one millisecond.

S-OPTIM Software is graphical and easy to use with smart electronics. Sections of the program are dedicated to statistics and cutting results, with updates in real time, diagnostics and video messages.

Machine includes remote support Tele-service Software via the Internet included and ready to use.

Connection with brushless motors and their digital drives to ensure maximum accuracy, speed, responsiveness and reliability.
