The TigerTec TR510ADXL 4 axis flat table CNC router with aggregate compatible rotary spindle and 300mm Z axis is the perfect choice for both Panel Production and Joinery production Routing.

The heart of the machine is a powerful Rotary 9KW Italian HSD [Biesse] router head which can peak at 12hp and collect aggregates for a variety of tasks [including but not limited to: Horizontal drilling, Sawing, Lock Mortising etc]. Useful for complex production and architectural specials - 4axis capability, coupled with the extra high Z height. It is the perfect universal CNC with it's large 10x5 bed, you can quickly go from joinery production to panel production.

The TigerTec is set apart from other machines at this level using top quality components, heavy duty manufacturing and the latest version Vectric VCarve Pro software making this an unbeatable package.

Control is easy with an easy to use DSP hand-held pendent controller, and a Windows PC Work station. The controller is user-friendly for easy installation and training. Each command is very easy to read, understand, and execute. You can store approximately 500 programs on the handheld controller, for repetitive work, or network the CNC PC via cat5.

The multifunction table is prepared for mechanical clamping as standard and is prepared with an 8 zone vacuum system for the optional vacuum pump.

All TigerTec machines are built on a heavy 8mm thick steel base that is rectified, stress relieved,then machined and ground as one piece giving unprecedented repeatability and accuracy at this price level.

The steel gantry is reinforced throughout, it is then heat treated and anealed which results in class leading accuracy. The quality control, engineering and build results in smooth, clean precision machining centre.
