    KR BM KBOTIC SMART CARTESIAN SPRAYING ROBOT Kbotic which is developed for painting 3D and panel shaped products is a new generation multi-axis painting robot that allows the edges and surface profiles of products to be painted with the same quality as their flat surfaces. Up to 2 cartesian robot arms and 10 spraying guns can be coupled to Kbotic, which can be configured according to any need through its flexible design. Kbotic, which detects the products with Image Processing Technology (kavision), monitors the painted products at the exit with a smart quality control system (SQC) and offers the ideal finishing quality to the user. Kbotic perfects the finishing quality by optimizing the painting parameters with its artificial intelligence technology. PRODUCT SCANNING SYSTEM (SMART CARTESIAN SPRAYING ROBOT) PRODUCT SCANING SYSTEM (Kavision) The patented Kavision unit which detects the products in 3D at the machine enterance is provided as standart. Kavision system detects the width, height and depth measurements of the products at the machine enterance in millimeters and automatically prepares the work order for painting in real time without the need for any CAM data. Thanks to this feature, it reduces operator errors to 0%.Surface painting uniformity of the painted product determined numerically. This data is used to create and additional painting route. ROBOTIC ARM A 4-axis cartesian arm and 2 airmix guns on the arm are provided as standart. In this way, it allows applying both paint and glue with the same machine. Optionally thanks to its wide arm box, it offers rapid change of 3 colors with 2k mix unit. With 4-axis and 5-axis options, gun sets can be quickly changed with an easy lock for painting motive 3D and similar surfaces. CONTROL SYSTEM All control and image processing of the machine is provided via 15"multitech IPS. Kavision and SQC softwares are controlled via this IPS. Images of painted and to-be-painted parts, quality results, daily production data, fault records are stored for up to 50.000 images. It allows remote management and remote control of data. All production data can be tracked online by optional IOT system and it can send daily production reports. PAINT RECOVERY SYSTEM Kbotic can optionally be equipped with a paint recovery system instead of paper conveyor belt which provides paint savings up to %30 in mass production. ASPIRATION AND VENTILATION SYSTEM 18000 m?/s flow rate exhaust fan and accordion cardboard filter are provided as standart in Kbotic. In this way, it quickly removes overspray particles during painting from the environment and ensures that the cabin interior remains clean all times. 6 frequency controlled ventilation fans are provided as standart. In this way, the cabin pressure is constantly kept balanced with pressure sensors and duts is prevented from entering the machine. Filters are EU 5 wax filters. Additionally, filters are monitored with differential pressure switches, it gives warnings when the filter becomes dirty and unusable. AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM This system ensures a smooth and long-lasting operation of the reciprocating arms by automatically lubricating the lineer bearings and guides. ADIDITIONAL ROBOT ARM Kbotic painting robot can be produced with two robotic arms according to need. In this way, the painting speed can be doubled and rapid color transitions can be made by two seperate robot arms. Additionaly, the two arms can work together permanent, it allows high speed painting.     KR KUVM 2L EDGE UV COATER MACHINE It is a new generation edge coater machine developed for UV filling, UV primer and sanding of the edges of chipboard, mdf, wood and similar panels. KR KUVM 2L enables high quality UV coating on straight, radius and chamfered edges thanks to its adjustable angle rollers. In addition, the KR KUVM 2L with 5 belt sanding units, whose positions and speeds can be adjusted automatically, ensures perfect sanding of the coated edges. Advantages; Saves paint, saves time, eliminates the differences in MDF quality and minimizes the risk of cracking on the edges. One of the most important problems in MDF painting processes is that the edges absorb too much paint due to the soft fiber structure on the edges. This excess paint absorption returns to businesses either as more paint application on damaged edge surfaces or as a lack of quality and extra cost. With KA-MA Edge Coater Systems, you can solve this problem quickly and with less consumption. Firstly, MDF edges are sanded in the range of P180 - P220 sandpaper with Edge Sanding Machine, then a paint or varnish of 40-80 g / m2 is applied.
