Solid Surface materials can be heated and vacuum formed. They have many advantages in the manufacturing process due to their hyegine, strength and durability . A particular choice in the medical sector and wet areas. Modern solid surface materials such as Corian and Wilsonart are available in a large range of finishes to give designers a free range. Solid surface manufacturing is a perfect addition the fit out and refurbishment specialist workshop.
It is possible to form or shape these materials very easily by heating in a special oven to 160 degrees and then putting into the forming in press.
Our combination machines include a heating oven drawer and a vacuum station above making a very efficient production cell
